“Over all, I love the extensions but I would suggest just a few things to make them better. They are very shiny so it’s kind of obvious what I have extensions in. I had to wash them and after I did that, the shiny toned down.!Also, I didn’t like that they didnt come with small individual pieces for the sides. Other than that, good.”
“I ordered my hair for my bridals and there was a 1 week backorder date given. I called them the day after they were supposed to have shipped because the backorder date still hadn't changed, and was told (in a very annoyed voice) the backorder date had been extended almost 2 more weeks. There was no apology, no attempt to try and find a workable solution. Just an agreement to refund my purchase and that was that. Please train your agents how to provide actual customer service, not just how to answer phones.”
