“I've been using different brands and styles of extentions for over 10 years, and for the price of these you would expect higher quality! Mine are like a month old, and I know how you care for them to make them last longer but these are already frail, dry, and look straggly! I honestly am so sad! I've heard good things about this brand, but my personal experience isn't a good one. I'm debating trying one more set and hoping that maybe the set I purchased was just a bad set.”
“I am a stylist I order bellami hair often. And refer bellami hair to most of my clients who are interested in hair extensions. When I order pro Hair as far as tape in hair extensions I never have any issues that’s why I gave 3 stars. I have vivid. This company 5 stars before! That was before I started ordering CLIP IN HAOR EXTENSIONS! When I order clip in hair I have had several issues and so have some of my clients. I have received the wrong color, I have received really nice great hair and I have received Hair that started tangling within a month or less. More then once for both issues..... I called and I guess the Bellami pro account is a different site from bellami hair website but I can access them both from the same Bellami.com just different tabs. That’s what I was told over the phone . BASICALLY JUST BE CAREFULL ORDERING YOUR CLIP IN HAIR PPL. THEY ARE NOT CONSISTANT AND YOU MIGHT NOT ALWAYS RECIEVE GOOD HAIR. I WILL NOT REFFER BELLAMI CLIP INS TO MY CLIENTS ANYMORE. At this point it is starting to make me look bad referring this companies CLIP IN HAIR extensions to my clients!”
“Amazing, like always. My third pair of clip ins from Bellami. They always blend so well with whatever hair color I have at the time. I’ve had the dark red, dirty blond and now platinum. These are the best !!”
“I ordered a set of extensions and they were not even close to my color. I had to return and it’s taking a while to get my refund. I sent the return right away and it was deleivered last Saturday. I was told someone will contact me first about the return before they even begin to process my refund money. I’m not sure why it’s takkng so long to get my money back.”
“I’ve had basic “Sally Beauty” extensions and these were no different, if anything worse, but much more expensive. They smelled strange and also were much more yellow than advertised. I had to wash twice to get the smell out of them. There were not any “filler strings” though. If you refer to their Instagram, be sure to note “custom toned” on nearly EVERY blonde set of extensions because it can be deceptive.”
