“I bought these extensions because they were recommended for those with thin/fine hair. Unfortunately, this was WAY too little hair for me and didn't look natural at all. Not to mention, upon further investigating, this is NOT recommended for those with short hair. I wish that this were outlined a little more clearly before I opened the package and stripping me of the opportunity for a refund or a return. I think it's a silly policy when there is no way I would've known whether or not they would work for my hair had I not taken them out of the package outside of the one piece they live out for you to test.”
“The color match was not at all how it looked on the website. I also hated that I wasn’t refunded my shipping and I had to pay $16 to return the extensions. The extensions themselves are very thin, so unless you have fine doll hair then don’t get em.”
