“I loved the hair I picked the best color but I got them they were nice and soft and I wore them once and my hairdresser who uses your hair all the time curled them out product on them and now they feel rough and not as nice they get tangled so I only wore them once.”
“Absurd. I already reviewed this and mentioned that what was sent was BellaMi Piccolina 120g 18" Color #7 which is a very dark brunette shade. Someone in fulfillment messed up and this is useless to me. I was hoping to get an answer about this a month ago when I left a negative comment. But no-one bothered. I have asked for a refund and also no answer. We are in a hotspot for the Pandemic and making returns is a big pain. I was willing to try this out knowing without seeing it..and now I no longer want to take chances with this company.”
