“This extensions showed up looking absolutely terrible. The sewing was off, they just looked ratty and bad. I have ordered three sets from Bellami and nothing has ever looked like this. So after expressing my dissatisfaction and reaching out to customer service no one really cared, which is disappointing. I was just told to just send them back (which I had to pay $15 for). Now here I am three weeks later still waiting for my refund, I have been passed around customer service and no one really took care of the situation. Reached out on social media, sent multiple emails, Overall, super disappointed.”
