“I got color matched from a very nice woman through the website. She was informative and helped me apply my professional discount to my purchase. When I received the hair looking at it in the package, it looked like it matched pretty well. When I unpackaged it was a very Ashy level 9 blonde. No big deal, I decided to tone them. Toner didn’t work, I did a cleansing wash and tone and still the color did not change.. I’m assuming there’s some sort of silicone coat on them or something that makes it hard to adjust the color, but I’m just about to give up on them after so many tries. The quality is nice and the amount of hair they give you is great but if purchasing I would recommend going into a salon to get color matched or make sure to use the sample piece of hair to make sure it is your color.”
