It took me 3 orders to finally find my perfect shade but their return/exchange process was easy. No questions, no problems. Just read the return policy before you open the package so you do everything right. Everything’s on-line if you want to check it out before you buy.
Shade: Blond shades are notoriously difficult to match and my white/blond/gray hair fell in that category. It took me 3 attempts. Surprisingly I found my match in the silver 18” extensions. I almost didn’t even try that color because per my computer the swatch looked too gray but it matched perfectly.
Clips: These clips are wonderful. They hold firmly using very little hair, I don’t need any back-combing or anchor spots. Just clip them where you want them and they will stay secure.
Color: As I previously said, I wound up with the Silver color but found it was not nearly as gray as my computer reflected. Do not depend on your computer to represent the accurate color of all swatches.
Volume: I bought the Piccolino (130 grams) and they are perfect for adding volume or as in my case, streaks. If you want to extend short hair, I’m thinking you will need the larger gram set. Luckily, they provide a substantial sample piece to demonstrate what you are getting before you open the full set.
In any event, these extensions are probably the best on the market. Thanks Bellami for a great product.”
“The color looks absolutely nothing like the color in the pictures! Spent $240 for nothing.. waste of money.. and I paid shipping as well. Not happy at all. Very deceiving. These are for my wedding and I’m out $240 and looks nothing like the pictures and the extensions are super thin. Not worth what I paid for. Super angry!!!!”
