“I ordered the sterling silver extensions, there were copper strands and not a fully consistant color in my extensions. Shipping took way too long and I didn't want to have to send them back and knew I could not return them once opened. I cannot find anywhere on the site that you cannot lighten them (the packaging did not mention it either) and I only needed a level or less to match my hair. Thinking my professional stylist could fix it I let her lighten and tone them. They turned to mush, I thought these would be really resilient and good quality, very disappointed in the company and shipping.”
