“Extremely disappointed with these hair extensions. They were afraid at the top like they were clipped across the band itself is wavy cannot straighten it out they do not clip in my hair or I should say stay in my hair. The color was horrible for ash blonde. I've had several hair extensions so it's not that I haven't experienced these before but these were such poor quality and I'm extremely disappointed. I can't send them back because I put lowlights in them already. But I will never order them again. Ann Scribner”
“So they do come in a very plain cheap packaging I was little surprised, but when I took them out they felt amazing! Really nice, heavy thick hair! First time wearing them l, they felt great! After my first time wearing them, they became really thin and dull looking. Someone recommended washing them to give them that boost again but I don’t know, after spending so much money on them I will be honest I am a little disappointed after how they became after only first wear.”
“I ordered the ash blonde shade and instead received white hair. I was going to return the hair for another shade of blonde but after reading about the long drawn out return process, I decided against it. Instead I thought I could just add some blonde hair dye to the white hair to solve the problem. After consulting with my professional hair dresser, I purchased the hair color she recommended. She has been coloring my hair blonde for 5 years and knows what she is doing. After coloring them the Bellami extensions turned green instead. I was shocked and had to use color remover on them and once again try to add blonde color onto the white hair. This time the extensions turned brown. Once again, I was shocked. I have She brand extensions that I dyed blonde and they turned out beautifully and match my own hair color perfectly. Therefore, I do not understand why the Bellami extensions did not take the color correctly. It is a shame I will not be able to use these hair extensions. I was really looking forward to using longer, fuller extensions.”
