“Out of the package they were very thick and nice but after the first wash they shed horribly and have not stopped shedding leaving the lower part of the extension thinner and straggly looking and the clips were large and would slide through my fine hair and not hold well. I was disappointed in the quality after receiving an upgrade on my first order with you from these to the Kylie Jenner line. I re-ordered these the second time expecting them to be somewhat comparable to the Jenner line. I decided to purchase a set of extensions from your company rather than the one I usually shop from and was disappointed in the quality of the product given the reputation of the Bellami company.

“I bought 20" ash blonde extensions about 3 weeks ago and they were the furthest from 'ash blonde'. They were so brassy and golden and didn't blend with my hair at all. I had them coloured at a salon and they now match perfectly but the integrity of the hair has decreased. As for quality, the hair was beautiful when shipped, very soft, silly and long, but they have lost some of that since being coloured.”
