Contacted customer service and they just said to send the hair back for inspection... okay so I won't have a refund or hair. Makes no sense. I'll be purchasing from elsewhere from now on.”

It must have just been a bad set that came to me because I’ve always heard such good reviews but the hair literally wasn’t even attached to the clip and when I went to wear them or brush them CHUNKS of hair came out of the extensions. So beyond disappointed :(”
