“They sent me a bad batch of hair! It was over processed gummy and the breakage was so unbelievable! I've ordered so many sets and this is the fist time it's happened. Contacted customer service and they just said to send the hair back for inspection... okay so I won't have a refund or hair. Makes no sense. I'll be purchasing from elsewhere from now on.”

It must have just been a bad set that came to me because I’ve always heard such good reviews but the hair literally wasn’t even attached to the clip and when I went to wear them or brush them CHUNKS of hair came out of the extensions. So beyond disappointed :(”

This is my first extension. They're super soft, and match well with my hair. I have blonde hair and I ordered Bambina ash blonde. I had to dye them to match, and it matches perfectly!
