“I’ve had them about 3 weeks now, I custom colored them to match my hair which it’s just a direct dye with no developer . So it should have little to no damage aspect and they are already getting a little frizzy, I did the after pay program and I haven’t even done my first payment on them so I’m a little disappointed to say the least.... I bought the matrix shampoo , conditioner and leave in to try to refresh them and so far they are still kinda lifeless. Probably won’t be ordering again. And I’ll stick to the cheaper ones I order off Amazon unfortunately.”

“I have ash blonde hair and previously ordered Dove Cameron's ash color with no issues. This ash color is YELLOW. So yellow it makes me wonder if they put the wrong hair in the package? I have no idea, but since this was a Christmas gift from my boyfriend I'm out of the time frame to exchange them. If you have actual ash blonde hair I would not order these.”

I have one used it two times, I feel like I wasted my money again for the second time. I don’t recommend this hair extensions, I learned my mistake. I don’t want anyone to go through the same mistake as I did. They won’t give you your money back or respond if you need assistance.”
“The color was not ash blonde. It was very yellow. So i had to dye them and after i spent a million hours trying to get them to match my hair, it still didnt look good. The hair on the extentions did not match the tecture of my own hair and it made them look incredibly ridiculous. The texture of the extentions honestly looked plastic it did not look lile real hair at all.”
