There is a sticker on the package saying warranty void if broken. To me, a warranty is the company will fix it if it is broken. It actually means that you can't return or exchange it.

Your answer to my email was return products pay shipping and reorder ; my answer was the hair extensions were for a xmas party no way could we return hair extensions and get the new ones on time. NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR Company.Would never order anything from your company again nor will I recommend it to friends . I found another site which I've ordered before was happy with them. My daughter in law orders from your company on a regular basis so I thought I'd try your products but after my experience we've decided to use the other site.”
