“I ordered these once before in the beginning of july and they were amazing but when it came time to get a new set the set i received really disappointed me. So far this set has ridiculously frizzy ends and gets tangled from just moving it seems. They shed so much more then my first set did, they dont hold curls like my last set did. I take the very best care of my extensions too. I really just wish that they were the same as my original set was :(”
“I was terribly disappointed in the quality of the hair. I have been using extensions for YEARS and I must say these were one of the worst quality and most expensive. If you guys stand by your product you should let people return them so you can see how terrible they are. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but either way Im out $170 and you lost a long term and loyal customer.”
