“I used the example photo shown on the site along with several Instagram photos hash tagging Bellami Ash Blonde to show my colorists what I wanted my hair color to be. They matched my hair perfectly but, to my dismay when my extensions arrived.. They were yellow. Unable to reach my colorists and unwilling to make my real hair yellow, I resorted to box dying my own hair & extensions bleach blonde. I wasted money turning my hair ash blonde and wasted money buying yellow extensions.
Very disappointed. I just hope they last long enough for me to find better extensions.”
