“The extensions were HORRIBLE. When I received them, the ends were completely split about 6 inches up, and they looked damaged with breakage everywhere. I can't even wear them because they feel so rough like fake wig hair. I called Bellami to see if I could return them the day after I received the extensions, but they told me I would have to send in pictures and wait 24 hours to hear back if they were "acceptable" to return. If the pictures were convincing, I would have to mail the extensions back and wait for Bellami to receive the package. After that, the extensions go through a 46 day process of "inspection" to see if they can be "fixed." Then more wait time for fixing and shipping back. I do not have time for that when I already had to wait to receive my extensions in the first place. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I work for a hair salon and will be sure to tell all of my customers to never purchase Bellami hair. It would have been a different story if Bellami's customer service was not as rude and could have easily refunded my money for a product that wasn't even wearable. I have worn extensions for 9 years now and these are the absolute WORST I have ever received. I wouldn't have even paid $10 dollars for what I got iln the mail if I would have known beforehand.”
“I really didn't like them. I choice the 20 inch because it was supposedly for thick hair. When I got I was so thin compare to mine. When I put them in my hair their were to noticeable and thin. I'm disappointed to be honest. I heard so much good things but not what I expected and for the money ipaid.”
