“I have been trying to contact you for weeks to tell you how terrible these extensions were. I have ordered from you in the past and been incredibly pleased so I am very let down and would like this to be addressed. I call you customer service line (I have records of this) and am either on hold for 20 minutes plus with no answer or immediately disconnected. I hope to speak with you soon to find a resolution to this dissatisfaction and poor customer service. Thank you.”
“Was so excited to receive in the mail. Opened the yester strip and put it in my hair and wasn't sure if I would end up keeping them. I couldn't tell if they would be long enough. I decided to open the hair and ... voila. Ultimately I am so happy with my extensions. My hair is on the thin side, I don't use all of the extensions. I keep half of the hair straight and half of the hair curly so I can easily switch my style every day. Soooo content with my Bellami Bambinas and I recommend them!!! Don't regret, awesome purchase”
