“If I could give Bellami a half star I would, I ordered 20" in Ash blonde and I never received my extensions long story short when I called customer service the rep. was very rude and I had to be calling Bellami and the shipping carrier at the end of the day I got screwed for more than 100 dollars because Bellami cleaned their hands saying they shipped out and there was nothing they can do, and the shipping carrier cleaned their hands saying it was up to Bellami to either replace the item or to refund me, which Bellami never offered to do. I will never try to buy extensions from them ever and I have gotten 2 of my girls to not buy from them.”
