“I purchased 2 colors. I am grateful that they have a swatch to test which protects the return policy. However, I purposely invested in the one piece hair extensions bc the clips are breaking and damaging my hair. When I received and opened up the package it was 7 clip in extensions. I found the site obviously difficult to navigate and now I am stuck with $300+ in extensions that i don’t need. I don’t understand how the. Heck out process worked? And I purchase from many. Companies and no one. Could help me.
