Was not my fault, your system took the money, but then was going to cancel and refund, these were for Christmas and arrived in January. Product was excellent, your customer service is NOT.”
“I love the hair when I was finally able to get the right one, it still didn't match exactly because the "ash blonde" is still pretty golden. But after toning it by my colorist they were perfect. The customer service was also always really nice and sweet but it was such a long process to do an exchange. I believe there was 10 emails exchanged just to approve me to send them back which felt like so much for me to exchange. Because I do love the quality of the hair I will be a returning customer.”
