“Overpriced and falsely advertised. Gimmicky and trendy marketing strategies might fool a novice but as a professional I find the "quality" of this "hair" to be of the lowest caliber and laughable at best.
This is not even remotely platinum, it is tacky, brassy and NOT pretty. The picture is completely inaccurate.
I used a toner shampoo (Redken) and that fixed at least that much, but after washing them no amount of conditioning, serums, styling nor prayers will tame the nappy texture of these busted, waste of money, so called tresses
Bunk, bunk and never ever again...
I don't mind spending money but for QUALITY, not hype.

But this pair of extensions came with multi colored strings in the wefts that I was not pleased with. The quality is always great, but I had to pick out and remove several multi colored strings. I will buy from here again, but I was not pleased with this order.”
