“I ordered my extensions and wrap on Sept. 27th. I received my order on Oct. 1st. On Oct. 2nd, I notified Bellami of the significant difference in color of the #613 extensions (supposed to be a beach blonde and they arrived as strawberry blonde - red in color) and #613 wrap (arrived as a bleach or white blonde). I sent pictures of the obvious failure the color specialist. After I had to pay to send back their mistake and nearly 15 back and forth emails, I received a new order on Oct. 29th (over 1 month from my previous order). The color of the #613 extensions were of improvement, however the #613 wrap was still of a bleach blonde. In other words, the #613 extensions and #613 wrap are not even close in color. Also, my first order of extensions of nearly 2 years ago were of high quality. The extensions that I just received look cheaply weaved (the hair in the band is thin and looks even teased in some areas). I am very disappointed in this overall experience. It seems as if their is a breakdown in the Bellami quality control department.”
