“I would love to be able to give these extensions 4 or 5 stars but due to the customer service I am not able to. At the time I purchased these extensions there was a promotion for a free clip/wrap ponytail with every purchase of extensions. I selected the Ponytail I wanted and finished my purchase. Side note- the day of my purchase was also the last day of the pony tail promotion. A few days went buy and I received no email about my items being shipped. After a couple of days I finally got an email about my purchase saying that it was too "high risk". Confused, I emailed and called bellami to see what the issue was and if I would still be getting my free ponytail. When I called a woman rudely told me I would not be getting my ponytail and that I would have to repurchase my extensions on the website even though the company automatically cancelled my order and not me. To avoid an argument I just accepted the fact that I was missing out on a free ponytail because they failed to let me know that the order was "high risk" and didn't cancelled it until days later. The next day after I repurchased my extensions I received an email from bellami that they would honor the free ponytail promotion since my order was automatically cancelled without my knowledge. Luckily, when I called and a more polite woman answered the phone, they tacked on the free ponytail to my extensions order and they also told me that I would not be charged for the ponytail whatsoever since they were honoring the promotion. When I received my extensions I was extremely pleased with the quality of them and even dyed them to a silver color. After all the confusion, when I received my credit card bill the ponytail was charged after all. Although the product was fantastic, I was not at all pleased with the customer service. So much confusion over company policy and I got charged anyways for something that was supposed to be a free promotion to attract customers....”

“I love these extensions, very soft &great quality hair. The Bambina set is perfect for my thin hair. The only downside was that they do look choppy, maybe because of them being double drawn which is fine I just put them as close together as I can. I might get them cut to even it all out. The color matches my hair perfectly thanks to the help from the bellas I emailed. It was a lot more golden than expected but it worked out so I don't have to tone my hair anymore. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.”
