“To be honest, I was expecting higher quality. This was my second time purchasing from you guys. The first time the hair got really hard to manage and tangled easy after only 1 wear. I had heard great reviews and really researched before purchasing so I thought I would give your brand a chance. I bought a second set hoping that maybe I had been unlucky the first time and maybe it was just a bad batch of hair, but no!! Same thing again :(.
