“I usually order with this company and am usually pleased but for some reason this time the extensions I were sent were frayed and extremely dry. It was a huge disappointment and I'm attempting to condition them but nothing seems to be working. I'm hoping I just got a bad batch and this isn't going to be the quality from here on out of the extensions :/”
