“I have been using/ purchasing Bellami hair for about 6 years and had never had a problem with them being brittle or drying out super quick until this last set that I purchased about two months ago. I can normally get about a year sometimes a year and a half out of them but after only two months with this set they are very brittle, breaking everywhere, extremely tangled and dry. Even with the proper care. I wish I knew what it was.”

“I bought Bellami extensions for my first time 5 years ago and absolutely fell in love. They were so thick, healthy, and lasted FOREVER. However, I recently purchased my 4th set from Bellami, the bambina 160g and i am more than disappointed. After my 3-4 use of them the ends are dry and ratty. They become tangled very quickly and start matting. I consistently have to brush them back out. (note : I've used no holding products on them) and have cared for them the same as I've cared for my other 3 long lasting sets. I'm not sure what the cause is and would hope this isn't the case for everyone else. I've advocated for Bellami over the past few years successfully encouraging my friends and co-workers to get their perfect match extensions from them and never have met any one else disappointed. Hoping this was a one time mistake, i'd hate to discontinue my loyalty to the company and no longer buy from them.”
