“I am a frequent buyer of Bellami extensions, but have recently discovered the quality diminishing significantly. I purchased a set just a couple weeks ago, and have already had to replace them, as they were getting too tangled and losing too much hair. Am highly disappointed because this company has always been my go to when I buy new extensions but lately have decided to shop elsewhere.”
“I had been wanting to buy hair extensions for such a long time. I researched tons of brands and companies to find the right ones. I had heard such great things about this company to where I was convinced I should buy them. But after purchasing my first set I was highly disappointed. I did see that the set I wanted was in low stock but I decided I could wait. After purchasing I never received a confirmation email for my order to track my package. I reached out to costumer service where I had little help. They just replied with an email saying they had sent it. I checked my spam, trash, and everywhere in between but still had no email. I gave it some time and still had not heard anything. I finally was able to speak to someone where they had told me that the order had been placed on back order. I was so disappointed that there was no communication on how I would not be receiving my package or confirmation for my order. I cancelled my order because their was nothing else I could do and I was ordering these for an event. I was so disappointed because I had heard such great things and this was my first expirence.”
“I ordered Beach blonde and I got GOLD. I know this color got darker since I've been ordering the same one for years. I didn't want to send them back since I ordered them for a wedding which took longer than 5/7 business days and sending them back would of taken over 2 weeks since they have to "check it"”
