Well thank you Bellami hair for sending me this email go write a review because I have been dying to let everyone know just how horrible my experience has been with you guys. So to start off I paid Aprox 225 dollars for hair extensions from this company. I looked for a while trying to decide who to buy from as there are so many companies these days that sale hair extensions. Let me just give you some info on the experience I have with hair extensions before I encountered Bellami hair. I have family members who are in the beauty industry so I have had my fair share of experience with hair extensions. I have used just about every type of hair extension there is available such as tape ins, beaded, keratin tips, clip ins, sew ins, I’ve even made my own extensions... you get the picture. I have bought from many different places throughout the years. As I have gotten older, my hair extensions have really become something I only wear on special occasions. I’m not really an every day hair-extension, type of person. The last pair of clip in extensions I purchased, I was able to use for 6 years and in fact, they just started to look a little beat up after all that time, which is why I decided to buy a new pair. After searching around I decided to go with Bellami. I was excited. I paid a fair amount of money but they were delivered quickly and they looked beautiful when I first got them. Now like I said, I don’t wear extensions every day so my first time actually wearing the extensions wasn’t until Aprox a month - a month and a half after I received the extensions. After my first wear I took the extensions off and one of the clips on the extensions had come off completely on one side of the clip. So the part that is sewn, came lose. I thought wow! That’s odd. I only wore them once and it was only for maybe a totally of 3 hours and this happened? Yikes! Ok but calm down, I told myself. Things happen. Maybe it was just that one clip. I don’t need to freak, I’m not that type of person to get worked up over things that can happen and can be fixed. So I told myself well I do know how to sew these suckers in, I’ll just fix it. So some time passed and when I went to use the extensions again, for the second time, SIX more CLIPS came LOSE!!!!!!!!!! What? I paid 225 dollars for these things and they are pretty much falling apart to the point of not being able to use them only after TWO times of wearing them!!!!??? Wow! Now I was definitely bothered. So I called the company up and I explained what happened. As I was explaining the girl helping me cut me off and started integrating me and questioning me about the things I was explaining and then insinuated that I was lying and said something along the lines of “I thought you just said they were ruined the first time you wore them and now your saying you wore them twice”. Almost as if she was trying to catch me in a lie. I was furious. Here I was being completely honest and this woman was totally being rude. I immediately demanded to talk to the supervisor. So she got on the phone. I explained the situation and asked for my money back and I would return the extensions because I wanted to buy somewhere else. She said because it had been 3 months or so since I bought the extension I could no longer get my money back, I could only return them and get store credit. I agreed after a long conversation as I really was hesitant to buy extensions from this company again. She suggested maybe take a look at the hot tools instead and I said ok. She also assured me that if anything happened to the next item I purchased I could get my money back. So returned the extensions got the refund but guess what??? They didn’t give me the full amount. Now it wasn’t off by much, only aprox 20 dollars but still, that’s not right. So I called the company again and told them what happened and the girl was helpful and fixed the issues right away. I told her I looked at the hot tools and didn’t find anything so I was gonna try extensions again and do a pair that had less hair because in my mind I was thinking maybe the ones I initially bought weren’t made well because of how heavy the hair was. So buy a pair with less hair left me with a balance, i went ahead and although I was a little hesitant, used the leftover balance towards a wig and even paid an additional amount for it. Now I have invested over 300 dollars in this company. I told the woman I had event that weekend and wanted to pay for the shipping that would get it there by that time. So I paid another 20 something dollars to have it shipped quicker. Friday comes around and my tracking number is telling me it won’t be delivered till after The Weeknd. I was upset because I specifically paid extra for the faster shipping. I called the company back again. Luckily, I ended up speaking to the same girl who had helped me place the order so she remembered our conversation and knew that it was the company’s fault right away. She told me she couldn’t change the date it was delivered since fedex already had the package but she would return my extra fees for the quicker shipping. I was bummmed I wouldn’t have my extensions for the even but I had my old ones so I just accepted it. Monday came around and my extensions still weren’t delivered. Omg. What is going on? I call fedex and they tell me the company sent them to the WRONG addreas. Ugh really? So now they are being shipped back to the company. This is insane. I spoke with the girl on the phone confirmed everything and they were still sent to the wrong place.Wow! So I call the company AGAIN and they said well we have to wait for the hair to get to us then to take a look at the packages and investigate the hair then they could send them out again... Or since they were now out of stock of what I ordered they would send me the extensions type that I originally bought that was heavier. I said no, I waned less hair bc im worried they are going to get lose again. They girl couldn’t help me. They didn’t offer much even after alllllllll their mistakes. I just told her just please give me my money back. She said I couldn’t since the original ones were bought out of their time frame to revive money back. Wow this is a joke. So finally after her speaking to someone and waiting for ever. She said she would give me my money back. Ok thanks, I was finally done with this company now I could take my money somewhere else and buy extension with another company. NOPE. So I get the refund and guess what??? I’m missing about 100 dollars. This is hilarious to me. So for all their mistakes and all the hassle I have been through with this company they think I owe them that 100 dollars ? Such a joke so guess what I’m doing today? I am going to call the company and spend another 30-40 mins of time on the phone with them trying to get the rest of my refund. I’m an easy going person but when a company makes this many mistakes, they should be doing a whole heck of a lot more to make it right and keep their customers happy. Instead I’ve had to bug them just the get the right refund amount. The product is horrible, the customer service is horrible, altogether if I could rate this place as a zero I would. Please don’t buy from this coming and go through the crap I went through. And if they made that many errors with just my purchase alone, I know they are making errors with others too because it wasn’t just a coincidence that all of this stuff happened on just one purchase.

The hair is very soft and easy to style. I used them on my friends hair for her wedding and she loved them, she looked stunning on the big day. Good quality and perfectly designed

So when I got these, I knew I'd have to tone them to match my hair color better (the range of blonde offered could really be expanded!) so I can't say anything bad about the color. After a quick tone with light ash wella toner to get some of the yellow out, they matched my hair perfectly so I was excited about that. However, they took FOREVER to dry. I'm talking days. I even used a blow dryer for about 15 minutes and brushed them out. I've had extensions before and they never took that long to dry. After they dried, I had to straighten them, and even before straightening I noticed just how thin and frizzy the hair was. The ends were practically nonexistent for three-four inches of the hair shaft. I ended up cutting several inches off just to have a slightly improved appearance and they're still incredibly damaged looking, which shouldn't happen even after one toner session and one time straightening if they're high quality real human hair. I have my doubts about that. Overall, though, they're nice for what I paid for them- can't expect too much for just over $100. That being said, these are definitely the kind of extensions you only bust out once a month when people won't be looking too hard at your hair.

I LOVE bellami hair extensions. I’ve been using them for 6+ years. They are SO great! But I’m a little disappointed that I’m this previous package I got they had shorted the 4 side pieces.. they used to be about 2 inches long or even longer and now they’re probably not even an inch. It’s less hair than normal and I just wish it had a little extra hair for the side pieces to cover up more of my shorter hair. That’s all I would say. Other than that I love your extensions!!
