“I’m sad to say that the Extentions I bought were the wrong color. I had already opened my package of hair (totally skipping past the do not open will not warranty sticker) after calling and not being able to return the hair, with not so nice customer service. I tried to tone my extentions to better fit my hair color nothing is working. The extensions are not the problem, the customer service is what I am rating.”
“I found they were very yellow, they don't curl as well as I'd like and they shed quite a bit. Although they still do style and feel great I expected more for the price I paid.”
“After realizing that I ordered the wrong color (too light), I researched to see if my hairdresser could tone them. All signs said yes, so i confidently dropped them off at my hair salon for my colorist to perform her magic.
She calls me the next day to ask me where I purchased them and asked me if I was sure the hair was human. I referred back to the website which confirms "human hair". My hairdresser told me NOT to purchase these again and she told me that they are terribly over processed and will not last long. She said that as soon as they touched water, they matted up and started falling apart!
Fortunately, she was able to minimize the damage, but she still maintains that there not good quality.”
