“Lack of customer service is terrible the extensions did not match and I was not able to get anyone to answer me so that I could get a better match. This was a waist of my money”
“Lovely color. But the hair is all very thin and there isn’t a lot of it. My actual hair is quite thin and I don’t have a lot of it, but even then, blending the extensions with my real hair was difficult and it looks somewhat fake. I’ve ordered extensions from them before and they were thicker last time... so I’m not sure what happened with this order.”
“I didn’t even have it for a month and the extensions shedded bad . To where there was hardly no hair left . $160 down the drain for what suppose to be “good quality”. Bad experience for a first timer”
“The hair got knotted minutes after taking it out of the package, you have to constantly keep brushing it otherwise it will turn into a rats nest. The dirty blonde color color was more strawberry brown than dirty blonde and I can’t even dye the hair to match my hair better because it’s already a dry knotted mess. Very disappointed.”
