“The quality of the extensions is amazing! They are absolutely gorgeous, but I did have to revolve them myself because it was really blonde for being dirty blonde, and the ash brown would have been too dark for me. I just suggest offering a larger variety of colors. Overall, great purchase!! ☺️”
“I have contacted customer service twice before placing this review, both times trying to seek a remedy before having to turn to leaving negative feedback. I purchased clip in hair extensions along with a faux ponytail over a month ago. While the clip-ins were the correct colour when the ponytail arrived, even though they were ordered as the exact same colour the difference was so bad I thought that there had been an error. I cannot possibly wear the ponytail at all.
When I reached out to customer service, however, I was told essentially that is was tough luck, my loss, and not their problem at all as the ponytail hair is synthetic.
While I can appreciate the hair may be synthetic given it is promoted and sold under the same colour they should be at least somewhat similar. Very disappointing considering I was initially very pleased with the clip ins I had purchased.”
