“Terrible customer services! I have natural blonde hair and was really looking forward to my extensions after a lot of great reviews and youtube videos. However the dirty blonde color came and it was red, strawberry blonde at best. The package said Dirty blonde so I thought it was obviously packaged wrong or dyed wrong. I emailed customer service several times. The ONLY thing they would tell me is that I needed to upgrade and pay more for the actual color to match my hair! Very disappointed. PLUS I had to pay to mail the extensions back.”
