“Wrong color and was told there was nothing they could do since it was part of a promotion. And I paid $35 for overnight shipping and didn't get it on either shipments. I wasn't refunded for that either even though I didn't receive it. The hair feels nice and I heard good things so I didn't mind paying the price but for the hassle they caused it wasn't even worth it.”
“I've had two of this exact set and I will always buy from bellami. Amazing quality, color, and customer service. I've tried other extensions and they don't match up.”
“Hi unfortunately I was disappointed in my first purchase from Bellami. The dirty blonde extensions seemed to have red in it, and did not match as well as I had hoped. I was also excited to receive pony with my purchase as well. I selected the dirty blonde to match my extensions however, the wrong color was sent. Dirty blonde is #18 and I was sent a #8 which was a dark brown. So I returned this order and am currently waiting for my refund.”
“I order dirty blonde clip-in extensions for my wedding. The color says it's ashy dark blonde, but it's NOT. Make sure you take the tester outside in the sun before you decide to open the package. The dirty blonde was suppose to be a dark ash, but looks like strawberry blonde. In the sun it looked really red. I didn't have time to exchange them since my wedding was in 2 weeks so I had my hair gal put low lights in it which helped a little bit, but the red tones still shined through. I was devastated that I wouldn't have my long hair like I planned and also just wasted $165 on garbage hair extensions. Go to Sally's and buy those don't waste your money on this crap. Sally's is way cheaper and the quality is exactly the same.”
