“I have purchased the Bellami hair two times in two different shades. I read endless reviews on this product and was hoping it would be better then Euronex from Sally's. it is because it is thicker, but the craftsmanship is HORRIBLE!!! Both times the hair has come of the weft. You sew one weft to the top of the strip and the other to the bottom. The sewing is done so poorly that I have had to resew it both times. Talk about frustration!! For the amount of money I have spent you would think it would not be the case. Very disappointed.”
“I am returning this set. I've purchased my extensions from Bellami for years... however the last 3 purchases I have made the color is so wrong. I do a lot of research with the photos promoted on their website and social media to ensure I get the color that best matches my hair. For example, my previous purchase I selected ash blonde and instead I received bright yellow extensions. This last purschase I selected dirty blonde and the extensions I received were brown, nothing like the photos promoted. I had to have my hair stylist correct the color, which as you know can damage or thin your extentions. I emailed Bellami for assistance and recieved no help aside from how to return the hair. I will go elsewhere for my extensions moving forward.”
