“Color was not true to website picture; way too beige in person. Tried to have colorist dye to match my hair, color would not take. She suspected they were partially synthetic. After reaching out to your customer service I received only an automated response, not tailored to me at all. Hair is thick but not practical unless it already matches exactly.”
