“I received the free wrap dirty blonde ponytail along with my Bambina set and the color differences are night and day. How can you call these the same color? I'm very disappointed because I bought the clip in's for my wedding and they are actually pink. A colorist will not touch them for fear of damaging them so here I am with pink clip in's and a beautiful wrap ponytail that's way closer to a dirty blonde that was actually free. It just feels like such a waste.”
