“Absolutely am in love with them, just I noticed that my pony tail the hair has become a little harder when at first the hair felt softer or smoother, the extensions themselves I haven't used any heat with them and the bottom became a light blonde and are rough like they are dead ends. Honestly they aren't bad it's just those details. I didn't expect them to be perfect it isn't exactly real hair and with the weather in NYC I wouldn't doubt they'd become a little ruined. Other than that I'm so happy I bought them they really do look natural. Oh the pony tail on top I have a little problem the net shows on like the very top so I can't really wear it anymore Bc u can see that it's not my actual hair :/”
“The quality of the hair is great. But the color is so much lighter than I wanted and that it looked like online. I didn't see the part of the package that you open just to text the hair color until after I opened the main part and voided my warranty of returning it. I am so devastated. I spent $160 on the hair, and I won't be able to wear it. I'm disappointed. I wish there was another way to exchange it. I realize it's my fault for opening the wrong part first, but I was so excited to get the hair! I'm really bummed!”
