“I ordered dirty blonde and they were rose gold. It came with 2 broken clips and the hair felt like a mannequin head. I thought these would be such good quality and I was so disappointed... I colored them myself to make it match my hair and then I realized the broken clips, I messaged customer service and they were super unhelpful and kept repeating themselves. I get I colored them so that would mess with the warranty, but they weren't even willing to budge. I wasted my time and money.”
“After spending nearly $200, an email consultation for color match and waiting 9 long days for Bambina 160g 20" dirty blonde clip in extensions per their recomendations to arrive I am disappointed to say the least! The ends are thin and comparable to cheaper extensions I've purchased in the past. The color is way off from what you see at home and although I realize computer screens and lighting may affect that but these aren't even in the ballpark! Upon trying the tester, I decided against my better judgement to open the product in hopes that multiple extensions would blend better, what a mistake and waste of $160. I now am going to have to try to schedule with a professional for these to be matched because I currently look like I have giant bleach blonde streaks or highlights that do not blending with my natural hair. I have been wearing clip ins for over 14 years and I am pretty experienced with blending and placement and coincidentally apply my extensions similar to the way Carlibel demonstrates on the Bellami site which I realize is merely a suggestion as there is no one way to apply given everybody's hair type, head shape etc. is different. All in all the hair is soft and realistic but I was hoping to avoid a trip to the salon and the added expense. Maybe my expectations were to high but at this price point...Can't help but feel as to maybe the match is poor as to draw another purchase from the consumer to get the perfect match by incorporating 2 different colors of extensions which would probably also work! I do have long, average thickness, straight natural hair with thinning ends. My best advice is to be absolutely 100% sure before you open the package, as it states it is not returnable after the breaking of the hygienic seal and per their policy! Be really, really sure! Hopefully you can save yourself the annoyance and frustration!”
“The color I ordered “dirty blonde” was supposed to be an exact match. Upon receiving my package also late, I couldn’t tell from the small sample. I opened the package and the color was no where near what “dirty blonde” is. The color was a strawberry blonde. Super disappointed.”
