“The color was WAY off. This is a very light blonde. I tried calling for 2 days straight to get them exchanged and no one ever answers the phone lines. I would be on hold and eventually the line would just cut out. When I emailed, I didn't get a response for several days. The hair quality itself is good but I probably wouldn't buy again because of the customer experience.”
