“The hair I received was definitely not the color indicated on the website or the color that the customer service rep suggested I purchase. The dirty blonde was way lighter than indicated, and was a solid color, not the many shades it shows on the website. Instead of sending them back, I took them to my salon professional to have them colored a little darker. After the color was finished processing, half of the hair pieces did not color AT ALL and the other half picked up the color. I have a 5 piece weave that is half the same dirty blonde color that I started with and half the new darker color I was trying to color it to! Obviously, each weave does not contain the same hair strands from the same origination or the color would have turned out the same. I called Bellami to see what they could do for me, and all they would offer me is $25 off my next purchase. I've wasted $150 on extensions plus another $75 on coloring and am stuck with extensions that I will never wear because they are 2 different colors! I'm not happy with my purchase AT ALL and would NOT recommend this product to anyone.”
“Recieved my extensions and I was disappointed immediately with how they were packaged since they are know for thick extensions. The first thing that bothered me the most was the swatch on line was very different that what I received (dirty blonde). I have never worn them out yet. They shed a lot as well as not being at thick on the bottom as I thought they would be. I care for them as recommended. My set had a bunch of black thread running thru the hair that had to be removed. I feel the quality for the product is poor quality and no difference than Sally beauty supply extensions, they are much cheaper so I didn't expect great quality out of the Sally's brand. I was hoping for more of higher quality for the price! i don't recommend these”
“I like them they blended in pretty well but if your layered too much or is short they will need to be cut to blend in. Since they weft is thick sometimes even curls don't look as natural and my natural hair holds up better curls and my extensions wear down. However I believe this is because they are so thick. Ever heard that if your hair is a little damaged it holds styles better I believe this is why the curls don't hold as well. They are very soft and nice the color isn't the same but it does what it says and blends in. I think they're worth it im just have to find a way for them to work with my hair through out the day . They do stay in and don't move out of place . They're comfortable as well.”
