“Honestly this was my 3rd purchase and I was extremely happy the first 2 times. The hair lasted and was beautiful. This time around I am a bit disapointed because the hair did not feel the same. After I wore them one night (and didn't even sleep with them in) when I went to put them in the next day they felt dry, and dead. Especially down at the ends. Which if the ends don't look good then forget it. I didn't pay this much money to have dead ends on my expensive hair. Extremely disapointed this time around.”
“I have bought several hair extentions from Bellami... I have always gotten beach blonde up until this recent purchase. I dyed my hair darker thus, needing darker hair extentions. I ordered dirty blonde and have never been so disappointed by the quality. After a week of having them they freyed and have horrible split ends. When I straightened them it changed the texture completely.. Even though they claim they're human hair (I think other wise).”
“Hair is great. It was the color recommended for me but matched my mother. So I sent hers back for the ash blonde have called twice and was told it would be taken care of and I would recive an email by the end of the day yesterday and no email (one phone call was on yesterday.) i am getting frustrated I am in a wedding next weekend and obviously will not have the product before then. Also when I received my shipment it was missing a few things. Like I said hair is great customer service in a timely manner not so much.”
