“When the product first arrived I was very impressed about how long, soft, and thick the extensions were. I thought they were the best extensions I had ever purchased, that was before I had curled or worn them a bit. I found that they get tangled, frizzy, and matted very easily, and also shed tremendously causing them to lose thickness. I don't think I will be buying from this company again.”
