“I purchased these extensions with very high hopes, only to be let down. I bought the strawberry blonde in medium to thick. When they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised! They were thick, and beautiful... until I washed them. I had to darken mine just a hair, so I went to a salon and got them darkened, as well as cut about 6” off. Within 3 weeks of wearing only 2/3 times a week, I couldn’t even wear these for an hour without them becoming to tangled that I couldn’t get a brush through them. They’re broken and full of split ends, and the hair is coming out in CLUMPS. After contacting Bellami and assuming I just received a bad batch, they offered me 10% off my next purchase (as if I would be purchasing again.) When I pushed to have them sent back and reviewed, they finally agreed. I was just told today that because they were coloured and cut, it was 100% my fault that my extensions are falling apart.
You are the worst company. BUYER BEWARE. I’m sure these would have been equally as mediocre had I not coloured them.”

I've had them about a month and they're already super dry, and even when I got them they were super stringy and just not thick at all. Afraid to wash them again cause I don't want to lose more hair than I already have.
