Differently to match perfect but the service from Bellami was just ok. I ordered my extensions at the beginning of January and was told they were on back order and I would receive them in about 4-6 weeks. Mid march comes around and I still have heard anything. I received an email towards the end of march telling me they had shipped, then I recieved an email from customer service apologizing for the inconvenience but they would upgrade me to the Kylie extensions in the same color because they were having trouble getting the ones I ordered in. I went on their site to research the Kylie extensions (I researched which extension would be best for my hair extensively before ordering) and I couldn't find it. I then learn from a conversation with customer service that the Kylie line was discontinued, but I was reassured that the extensions I was being sent were better than the ones I had originally ordered. I feel like they just needed to get rid of the Kylie ones and saw this as an opportunity to fix their back order issue. I wish they would have asked before just sending me a different set. I ended up keeping them because the event I originally wanted to wear the extensions to was too close to risk sending them back and waiting for replacements. Over all...my experience was just o.k.”

When I asked why, the customer service man said I was warned they were on back order but I never seen anything online about it. Either way, I love them! They are perfect and very easy to manage. Just wish It wouldn't have taken so long.”
