“I have had my extentions for about a month and think that my expectations were much higher than what I actually got. After paying almost 300$ Canadian dollars I expected the extentions to be good quality.
I use a no tangle brush, heat protection when using heat which isn't often and use high end salon color shampoo. Unfortunately after the first time I wore them I noticed there was already a thread coming out of one of the wefts as well as they have completely lost the healthy looking texture after the first three times I wore them before I washed or styled them for the first time.
Over all I wish I would have gotten my money's worth and am very upset because I have heard so many positive things about you products and company.”
