“Hello...I don't know where I can start from,BUT...I was doing research on this Hair Extension company for more then month. I was watching every single video on youtube and then after soo many positive videos i decide to order Bellami 160 20' in Chestnut brown. I was so excited to get them and when i received them guess what...This hair is NOTHING like the reviews it's soo thin on the bottom and thick and heavy on the top. Also i use Sally Hair in 18' and is the same length like the 20' Bellami. I do work with extension for years and i was scare to order online because it might not be the same as they showed and thats exactly what happened. Also i notice all the girls that was doing reviews on YouTube, you can find they channels in Bellami hair site soo they obviously work for the company and I'm not sure what kind of hair they are using (maybe the best quality for commercial) but when you order them is nothing like that. I get with their customer service and i explain how i feel about the hair they said that they will send me 3 replacement wefts, then another girl said that that was mistake they can send me only two replacements, then they never get back with me again. I just wasted my money and I will NEVER order online again...All the commercials are amazing but if you guys keep sending the same quality hair that i had i bet you will lose all your clients in short time!!!!!”

“I've had to wash and wash the hair over and over- so much so, the color faded to try and remove the dye smell- which has not gone away. Complete waste of money, will never order from Bellami again. Extremely disappointed and to top it off, their customer service is just as bad- phone rings and disconnects, can never get through to C.S. dept.”
