“I have worn clip in extensions for a few years now. I usually get them at Sally's Beauty supply and I love the brand I'm used to using. I have had a few friends tell me wonderful things about Bellami so I wanted to try them out for myself! The website is wonderful and all the customers seem so happy and satisfied I couldn't wait to order my own set! I did a lot of research on which ones to get and which color. I watched the videos provided on the website for color matching and also sent in my photo to be matched. At first I ordered the shade I thought was best suited for me. When it arrived I was so excited I opened it without looking to see that there was a test extension pocket. The color didn't match at all. I was so disappointed then realized I opened the end that said void if opened. I emailed the company and I was able to send the extensions in for review, went right over to UPS and sent that back the same day I got them. I emailed a representative from the company and they told me from looking at my picture to try the ash brown color. a month or so goes by and I get an email saying my ash brown extensions will be delivered. Very excited to finally be able to wear my bellamis! Got them in the mail and I swear they were the same color as the ones I returned originally. Not wanting to go through the process again of returning or exchanging, I decided to color them. It wouldn't be a good idea to do that if I wasn't a hair stylist but I decided to give it a try. I've done it in the last many times with other brands. First time applying the lightener it didn't really change the color. The next day I tried it again and the extensions had a gray hue now. I was trying to fix the color myself but it just didn't work. I threw them in the trash. So upset with the whole experience, I really was looking forward to wearing them and giving the company good word of mouth but I'm very disappointed. I wasted time and money. I wish I could have given a better rating, I never ever complain or fill out surveys but I'm very upset. Especially because o feel like they just put the extensions I originally got in a new package saying they were a different color. They looked exactly like the ark we color one shade darker than the ash brown, I forget the name. I have a friend who has that color extensions and when I got my "ash brown" extensions I compared mine to hers and they were the same color. I would have been okay if you told me I couldn't return them but I feel like you tried to "pull a fast one on me". Hopefully this is the only bad review you have, I'd hate for anyone to have this experience. I won't say anything bad about your company because I believe in Karma, but I hope your company can learn from this review.”
