“I have purchased bellami hair before but, this time was different. For starters, two clips were broken. The clips do not snap open so now I have to hold them down with bobby pins so you will not see my tracks. This is very annoying. Second, I have used a ceramic curling iron on bellami hair before and it probably takes about a month or so for the hair to get kinky. This time I only had the hair for about one week and it's already kinky. Like I said before I use a ceramic iron like I always have on extensions. I tried everything. I conditioned the hair but its still nasty. Third, my hair did not come on time because I had to verify my purchase. That was extremely inconvenient I have purchased bellami hair with the same card before and I did not have any issues. Overall I just feel like it was a waste of money. I was planning to but the Lilly hair next but this experience makes me want to look elsewhere.”
