I don’t returned and ordered the kaleesi extensions in ash brown and the color is better, but I wish there were some single pieces and more doubles so it didn’t look so fake. Feels like too much hair on my head but was the length I needed for senior ball. Also the hair was burning and turning black when straightening/curling the hair? It was on a low heat - 300 at most and I wasn’t holding it very long - so not too happy about that, but I guess they are okay.”

“I’ve been a long time user of BELLAMI Hair and I got this set and it is blended with synthetic, now 98% is real but there are multiple black strands in this set that I noticed were incredibly shiny didn’t think of it at first till I was straightening it and the black strands were melting off and onto my straightener. I’m very familiar the difference between real and synthetic and I’m outraged, this is one of the top hair extension companies and this is what I’ve received, this company has lost a very loyal customer”
