“They look thick in the photos but they are very scraggly. I followed instructions with the heat procedures but it fried them. The ponytail sizzled in the heat of my curling iron and puffed into a terribly plastic smelling poof. I spent a lot of my money as I’m only 17 going to school full time and I’m so sad and disappointed.”

“I got my Bellami hair extensions the first week of January, and the first time I wore them without washing them AND without applying heat, they immediately started to tangle and matte up. Then, after washing, cutting, and styling them, it was the same result (so not because of a coating). I am SO disappointed to have payed this much for hair and I can hardly wear it without it looking ratty. I’d give 0 stars if I could!!!”
